Aesthetic Life: Redefining the Experience Club

Creating a Unique Space for Real Estate Developers

Aesthetic life space and the embodiment of the quality of timber

In the world of architecture and design, symmetry has always played a crucial role. It is a natural principle that extends to the human body and influences our perception of space. Mingbin Yang, a renowned designer, has taken this principle and applied it to create a truly unique space - Aesthetic Life.

Aesthetic Life is a sales experience club designed specifically for real estate developers. When tasked with this project, Mingbin Yang and his team carefully analyzed the demands of their customers: "Diversity of space functions, construction time limit, project cost control, and enterprise brand image embodiment." With these requirements in mind, they set out to create a space that would not only meet these demands but also stand out from the crowd.

The design team started by thoroughly understanding the original building structure and its characteristics. By combining this knowledge with the customers' demands, they were able to develop innovative design solutions. The result is a stunning arc-shaped building that spans 600 square meters.

One of the key features of Aesthetic Life is the use of high-quality materials. Wood veneer, hard package, latex paint, and bronze stainless steel were carefully selected to bring the designer's vision to life. These materials not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the space but also contribute to its functionality.

Throughout the design process, the team focused on creating functional areas that reflect their nature and purpose. By using the axis as a moving line, they divided the interior space into different functional areas. Each area was carefully designed to ensure that it not only looked beautiful but also served its intended purpose.

One of the main challenges faced by the design team was the tight construction timeline. They had to find a balance between reducing construction difficulty, controlling costs, and achieving the desired overall effect. Additionally, they prioritized the use of environmentally friendly, low-carbon technology materials to create a sustainable space.

The Aesthetic Life project took a total of 1.5 months from design to construction. The end result exceeded expectations and set a new standard for similar projects. It showcased the value that design can bring and highlighted the social responsibility that designers should have.

Aesthetic Life has received numerous accolades, including the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2016. This award recognizes the exceptional expertise and innovation demonstrated by the design. It showcases the remarkable level of excellence and the positive emotions it evokes in those who experience it.

Mingbin Yang and his team have truly redefined the concept of an experience club with Aesthetic Life. By combining functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability, they have created a space that not only meets the demands of real estate developers but also provides a unique and memorable experience for its visitors.
